Role Purpose: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions to support governance, compliance, and risk workflows for the Control the Future program. This role ensures seamless integration with enterprise processes and delivers a scalable, automated risk management capability. Key Responsibilities: Own the ServiceNow IRM solution design and roadmap for the initiative. Configure and optimize workflows for risk assessment, approvals, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with governance, security, and technology teams to align IRM capabilities with compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow platform enhancements. Support integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AI governance tools).
