The Role: Work alongside an amazing Senior Property Manager that is well respected in the industry! Liaising with tenants Carrying out rent review, rental increases and re-signs NO outgoings Assisting in the application process Chasing arrears Periodical inspections NO leasing, NO weekends and NO accounts Requirements: A confident, hard working individual with a can-do attitude Ability to work independently and within a team Industry experience is preferred A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration with up-to-date CPD A NSW drivers licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner Attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including confidentiality and compliance Immaculate personal presentation & great organisational and time management skills The Benefits: Monday – Friday Position Easy parking All properties Eastern Suburbs based Fun, Friendly and excellent team Fantastic office with a great reputation – this is the bright lights!
