Job Description The Role Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out Assisting guests with requests and creating memorable experiences Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest request during night shift such as towels, dental kit, meals, etc Support the night manager / assistant night manager in night audit closure using Ariel Robotic system Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
