The Director, Learning Creation and Functions is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and management of ACTCS training programs, the organisation’s Learning Management System and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations on behalf of the high managerial agent and RTO CEO. This position is required to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic transformation by overseeing key projects and shaping the future of training through innovative program design and leading the administrative functions of the OCU. The successful applicant will demonstrate their highly developed oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, engage, influence and negotiate with senior executives, government stakeholders, and external partners. Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications in training and assessment, design and/or development are highly desirable. Relevant tertiary qualifications in leadership and/or management are highly desirable. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police check. This position requires a pre-employment medical. Driver’s licence Class C is essential.
