Lead and contribute to the delivery of business and financial objectives through proactive involvement in day-to-day operations. Effectively partner to shape commercial business decisions and strategy development. Lead the delivery of key planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic plan) including clear Analysis of Change (AOC) for business unit. Ownership and execution of monthly demand planning process. Development of business modelling (including scenario analysis) to improve decisions. Drive profitable growth through clear analysis and insight generation which is shared with the business. Partner in the delivery of month end with a focus on sales performance. ABOUT YOU You will bring with you: Ability to communicate and influence effectively to drive strategic outcomes. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across all areas of the business. Capable of distilling complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing organisational change. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Skilled in financial analysis and modelling. Strong commercial acumen. Proficient in Excel and business intelligence (BI) tools.
