Diverse project portfolio – workplace, hospitality and education Strong project pipeline with repeat clients Supportive leadership, genuine development opportunities Fast-paced, collaborative environment Stable, reputable fit out contractor What you’ll be doing: Running multiple fit out projects simultaneously across workplace, hospitality, and education Creating and reviewing detailed scopes of work Managing procurement, trade letting, and subcontractor communications Preparing and issuing RFI’s and managing EOT’s Maintaining accurate and timely cost reporting Preparing, submitting, and tracking progress claims Working closely with your Project Manager and Site Teams to ensure smooth project delivery. What you’ll bring: Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit out - ideally 3 years required Strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines Experience using Procore, Jobpac / Cheops would be beneficial - training can be provided Confident communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
