About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance across multiple sites, working closely with project teams to identify risks, implement procedures, and maintain a positive safety culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HSE professional seeking flexibility while making a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety inductions Review and update safety documentation and procedures Support project teams in hazard identification and risk mitigation Investigate incidents and maintain accurate reporting records Promote a proactive safety culture across the business About You Proven experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role within commercial construction or fitout Strong understanding of NSW WHS regulations and best practice Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or projects Excellent communication and reporting skills Relevant safety qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent) Why Join?
