This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Contracts Administrator ready to take ownership and grow alongside a stable, high-performing team. The Role Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, including: Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, agreements, and variations Overseeing progress claims, cost tracking, and budgets Supporting project delivery across a mix of new builds, refurbishments, and fitouts in the commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors This role suits someone with 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience who understands the full CA cycle and wants to progress into Project Management in the near future.
