About the Role In this role, you'll be the key driver behind delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget in Victoria. You'll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure each project runs smoothly from scoping through to handover. What You'll Be Doing Managing and delivering building maintenance works, refurbishment, upgrades, office fitout projects and make goods across a Victorian portfolio in the range of $20k - $5 million. Coordinating trades, contractors, and internal stakeholders Scoping works, preparing project plans, cost estimates, and schedules Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way Monitoring project progress, forecasting, and reporting Building strong relationships with clients and delivering a service they can rely on, and actively promoting service capabilities Supporting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to add value Why You Should Join You will be working for a national provider that is a leader in its field, established for over 30 years, and consistently evolving to stay ahead. What You Bring We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is commercially astute and dynamic in their approach. You will have between 5-10 years of experience in building project management within facilities management, construction, commercial buildings or similar. Trade Qualified with a Building Licence or similar preferred, with a Degree or Diploma in Building and Construction or Project Management Strong understanding of building maintenance services, trades, and methodologies Ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping a cool head Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and business development skills to grow business, are highly advantageous A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach Ability to read and interpret plans and technical information If you're looking to step into a role where you can take charge, build strong relationships, and see your work make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
