You will act as the survey business leader and advise the owner on the direction the survey business should take. You will have full autonomy to work as you wish with no interference from the owner. About the Licensed Surveyor Role Setting up survey systems and processes for the business Preparing accurate survey plans, drawings, and reports in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Preparing, lodging and monitoring land division applications Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Providing expert advice and guidance on surveying-related matters Mentoring and training junior surveyors to develop their skills and expertise Licensed Surveyor Experience & Skills Registered / Licensed Surveyor Proficiency in surveying software and equipment Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations Able to prepare quotes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities What's in it for you?
