This role is integral to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our surgical services, including two operating rooms, Stage 1 and Stage 2 recovery bays, Pre-Admission and Admission areas, and the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, legislation, and scope of practice. Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. Undertake thorough assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients and their families. Practice independently and interdependently, assuming accountability for your actions and decisions About you Current registration with the relevant nursing authority. Demonstrated competence in peri-operative nursing care. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety and dignity.
