We’re seeking a motivated Associate to join our Queensland team, supporting the Director, T&A QLD/NSW and the Managing Directors of Project Marketing . This hybrid sales and analytical role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable diving into a feasibility model as they are collaborating on a client pitch or negotiating a transaction. What you’ll do You’ll play a pivotal role bridging commercial analysis, sales support, and client engagement to ensure disciplined execution and great results. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing insightful sales reports, dashboards and board-ready packs to track performance and identify opportunities. Maintaining and analysing market and project databases across infill and greenfield markets. Assisting in the preparation of submissions, EOIs, IMs, and RFPs , and supporting campaigns alongside the marketing and sales teams. Supporting client meetings, inspections and events , helping maintain professional relationships and CRM accuracy. Producing clear, actionable market insights on buyer trends, competitors, and planning updates. Collaborating on business development and prospecting activities, including tracking pipeline health and win/loss analysis. What you’ll bring We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven professional who combines analytical rigour with commercial curiosity. You’ll have: A degree in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. 1–3 years’ experience in property development, valuation, advisory, or project marketing/sales support. Strong financial modelling and Excel skills (feasibility, pricing, sensitivities, cashflows). Solid CRM and data management understanding. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset. A current QLD Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) and a driver’s licence .
