About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Finance Administrator to join a respected property group and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a busy commercial portfolio. Working alongside experienced property and finance professionals, you’ll ensure accuracy across billing, reconciliations, and reporting, while developing your skills in property finance and lease administration. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to step into a broader, more dynamic position within the property sector. Key Responsibilities Assist with reviewing rent rolls and checking accuracy of rent, outgoings, and recoveries Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for multiple properties Support month-end reporting, including preparation of P&L summaries and balance sheets Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and audits Maintain accurate financial and lease data within internal systems Provide general finance administration support to Property and Asset Managers Contribute to process improvements and team projects About You You’ll bring strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You enjoy working with numbers, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
