Your Organisation Step into a professional, fast-paced finance team as a Payroll Officer where you’ll own the end-to-end payroll function for 250 employees nationwide. Your Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for: End-to-end, twice-monthly payroll for 250 staff using MYOB Managing superannuation, bonuses, leave, salary packaging, and terminations Overseeing PAYG, STP reporting, and payroll tax (monthly & annual) Maintaining accurate employee data and payroll master records Partnering closely with HR to resolve payroll queries Playing a key role in the upcoming payroll system migration to Oracle Your Profile You’re tech-savvy, proactive, and confident managing the full payroll lifecycle. You thrive in a small, supportive team and enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and navigating a busy, dynamic environment. For the right candidate, this role can move from temporary to fixed-term and potentially permanent . You will ideally bring: 5 years’ end-to-end payroll experience (professional services advantageous) Strong Excel capabilities and experience using MYOB Excellent understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and awards Ability to interpret employment contracts and manage confidential information A detail-oriented, self-driven approach and strong communication skills What’s in it for you?
