The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Asset Transfers team. This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The Asset Transfers team plays a key role in ensuring smooth transitions of assets on and off the Netwealth platform. This includes establishing accurate cost bases for all transferred assets and liaising with internal teams, fund managers, registries, and advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. The role As a Senior Analyst you will take ownership of assigned transition cases from start to finish and coordinate asset transfers with external parties including fund managers, registries, and advisers. You will validate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage asset valuations and accurately import cost base details. Throughout the process, you will communicate effectively with advisers and stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with: Minimum 2 years’ experience in the finance industry Expertise in asset transfer processes, particularly managed funds and listed securities Solid understanding of domestic and international securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and cost base requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach Experience with WRAP / Super platforms (highly regarded) Life At Netwealth At Netwealth, our people are our greatest strength.
