Job Description As our digital world continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, detail-driven eCommerce Product Coordinator to join our Support Office team, based at our enviable Darra Head Office, on a maternity leave contract and help bring our online product experience to life. In this role, you'll work closely with our eCommerce, Buying and Marketing teams to ensure every product is accurately represented online - from attributes and imagery through to descriptions, categories and variants. You'll be the engine behind smooth product launches, strong customer experiences, and consistent data across all digital touchpoints. A bit about you Strong attention to detail and a love for structured, accurate data. Confident communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy working cross-functionally. Solid organisational skills and the ability to manager competing deadlines. Experience within retail, ecommerce, buying support, digital coordination or similar is highly regarded. Advantageous skills (highly valued) eCommerce platforms/CMS: Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce - particularly navigating product uploads, variant creation and attribute management. Product Information Management (PIM): Understanding of maintaining product attributes, taxonomy and variants, and ensuring data accuracy across channels - especially important in homewares where size, fabric, material and styling details truly matter.
