Maintenance Supervisor – Rail Industry Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our client’s maintenance team and ensure excellence across all rail maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and oversee maintenance and overhaul contracts, ensuring compliance and quality standards. Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance staff to achieve KPIs and promote a strong safety culture. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, with a focus on “Zero Harm”. Requirements: Proven supervisory experience, ideally with 5–10 direct reports. Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical highly regarded, or relevant experience. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
