The Role We’re looking for an experienced or developing Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling Operator to join our Adelaide team. You’ll be working across commercial, civil, and residential sites using the latest cutting and drilling equipment. No two days are the same — one day you might be core drilling through thick concrete slabs, the next you’ll be floor sawing or wall cutting on a large infrastructure project. What You’ll Do Operate concrete cutting and core drilling equipment (wall saws, hand saws, floor saws, ring saws, chain saws, etc.) Complete a variety of cutting, chasing, and demolition prep works Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks on tools and vehicles Follow all safety procedures and site requirements Represent Diamond Contractors with professionalism on every site What We’re Looking For Experience in concrete cutting or drilling preferred, but training provided for the right applicants Current White Card and Driver’s Licence (manual license) Physically fit and safety conscious Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full-time, ongoing position with immediate start Competitive hourly rate overtime super Company vehicle, fuel card, uniform & phone (for qualified operators) Ongoing training and career development opportunities Work with a great team that values respect, reliability, and workmanship Join Us If you’re looking for a stable role with variety, a supportive team, and genuine career growth, we’d love to hear from you.
