We currently have an opportunity for an Asset Coordinator to join our Health and Education team at The Royal Adelaide Hospital. This role includes elements of facilities management, supporting the Hard FM team to ensure data integrity, documentation, and reporting requirements are met in alignment with the Asset Management Plan. You'll assist the Asset Manager in delivering lifecycle, condition, and compliance activities across the site, helping to achieve high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You'll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Maintain and update the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness Support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging Provide data and document preparation for lifecycle planning and condition audits Assist the Maintenance Planner with inputting and reviewing PPM schedules Support internal audits by preparing required documentation and registers What You'll Bring Experience in the healthcare industry (beneficial) or facilities management within a complex organisation. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (desirable) Experience using Asset Management Systems (e.g., QFM, CMMS) . Experienced in the management and delivery of FM projects and building works including estimating, programming and planning. Experience in the planning and development of annual budgets and programs. Experience in planning and development of Asset Maintenance Plans across multiple sites and varied asset types.
