Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC-R Location: Adelaide, SA Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company A leading South Australian mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The company delivers high-quality HVAC projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure. About the Role You'll be responsible for managing mechanical projects from design through to commissioning and handover. This includes coordination of trades, procurement, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. The role offers exposure to major commercial developments and technically challenging environments such as medical facilities and data centres. Key Responsibilities Manage delivery of HVAC-R/mechanical services projects end-to-end. Coordinate site activities, commissioning, and quality assurance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure all works comply with WHS and company standards. Skills and Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience in project management within the mechanical or HVAC industry. Solid understanding of chillers, boilers, and chilled water systems. Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects in tier 1/2 space is essential. Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in HVAC-R/Mechanical.
