The Company This well-established tier 2 civil contractor, known for delivering high-quality subdivision and land development projects across South Australia, is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their Adelaide team. With a strong pipeline of upcoming residential and commercial subdivision projects, this company offers long-term stability, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to lead projects from early earthworks through to final handover. The Role You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working closely with the Project Engineer and Site Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of subdivision works. You'll lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve program targets while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding company standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements Manage daily site operations, progress reporting, and productivity Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery Conduct toolbox meetings, pre-starts, and safety inspections Support junior team members and foster a strong site culture Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience delivering subdivision, bulk earthworks, and roadworks projects Strong understanding of civil construction sequencing and program delivery Hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project timelines Solid WHS awareness and a proactive approach to safety and compliance Culture & Benefits You'll join a supportive, down-to-earth team with a reputation for delivering quality projects and looking after their people.
