Marketing / Administration Assistant Full time position Variety of tasks Faced paced work environment Suitable candidates should possess the following attributes; Role will suit a recent Marketing Graduate Reliability and someone who takes pride in their work Ability to use CANVA, Indesign, LinkedIn Strong in designing ads, posts, promotional marketing material Ability to work weekends if required (it is not often but sometimes client ask this of us to meet tight deadlines) Dedicated to servicing team of engineers in a timely, professional and committed manner Flexible, can do, hands-on attitude Solid computer proficiency with MS Office suite Good written, interpersonal & communication skills Strong time management & autonomous work style Ability to quickly learn tasks Take responsibility for tasks and make them your own Example of some tasks: Conference scheduling and co-ordination Answering and directing phone calls Meet and greet visitors that come to the office Management of client database marketing material Creating marketing material including Linked in posts Helping with ISO9001 internal audits Downloading and printing from datarooms Formatting of Client documents in MS word Fill up office photocopier staff tea room Co-ordinate set up and close out of client training courses General office assistance
