About the Role This role involves managing member relationships, providing tailored support and limited superannuation advice across insurance, contributions, and investments. It includes conducting consultations, presenting at education events, and driving engagement through proactive, data-driven outreach. Job Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with an allocated member segment, providing tailored and proactive support; Conduct member consultations (both virtual and onsite), deliver informed guidance, and follow up to address individual needs; Deliver limited personal advice and factual information on key superannuation topics, including insurance, contributions, and investment options, within the scope of intra-fund advice; Leverage member data and insights to initiate outreach, address emerging needs, and strengthen engagement; Present at workplace and member education events such as seminars, roadshows, and webinars, approximately 40% of the role; Maintain and optimise use of the CRM system (Dynamics) to enhance service efficiency and relationship management; Collaborate with key external stakeholders, including the licensee and advice partners, ensuring cohesive service delivery; Support the fund’s evolving advice model as the offering expands into broader areas such as retirement advice; AND Contribute to outbound campaigns during lower appointment periods to maintain proactive member engagement. Key Requirements At least five years of experience in a similar capacity; Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and successful completion of the FASEA Exam; RG146 certification; Proven ability to deliver high-quality service outcomes and exceed member expectations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Dynamics would be advantageous; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal capabilities; AND Comprehensive understanding of superannuation, including regulatory and member servicing aspects.
