About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Operator / Programmer with experience in the joinery or cabinetry industry. Working within a busy production team, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce custom joinery components to exact specifications. Key Responsibilities: Program and operate CNC machinery (e.g. Biesse, Homag, or similar) to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret CAD drawings and job sheets to ensure accuracy. Prepare and load materials, tools, and fixtures efficiently. Conduct quality checks and ensure components meet production standards. Maintain and troubleshoot machines to minimise downtime. Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure smooth workflow. Skills and Experience: Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines in a joinery, cabinetmaking, or manufacturing environment. Competent in using CNC software such as BiesseWorks, EnRoute, or similar. Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings accurately. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
