About the Role Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Australian Leadership Team, this role offers both strategic influence and hands-on delivery. You’ll lead a small, capable HR team and work closely with operational and commercial leaders to implement people strategies that drive capability, engagement, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the national People & Performance strategy across all sites. Partner with the Executive and senior leaders to drive engagement, culture, and leadership capability. Manage complex ER/IR matters, including enterprise bargaining, investigations, and compliance. Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management programs. Deliver impactful L&D, succession and performance frameworks. Continuously improve HR systems, policies, and processes to enable business performance. Coach and develop your team to deliver high-quality outcomes. About You You’re a senior HR generalist who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and enjoys balancing strategy with operational impact. You have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and the practical know-how to bring initiatives to life. To succeed, you’ll bring: 10 years’ HR generalist experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics. Strong ER/IR background, including enterprise bargaining and risk mitigation. Experience leading HR teams and supporting multi-site operations. High levels of commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and adaptability. Passion for people, culture, and driving performance.
