About the role We are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, payroll data management and general HR admin. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters. As our ideal candidate, you will possess: A tertiary qualification or certification (or working towards) in HR or related studies, or demonstrated understanding of HR practices, processes and disciplines Demonstrated experience in an administration role in a large complex organisation Successful experience managing a dynamic, rapidly changing office and providing high level administrative support within HR coordination and support Experience researching, collating and interpreting data ad preparing reports and making recommendations Experience working in a fast paced environment during a period of organisation growth and change Don't meet every requirement?
