The Opportunity You'll play a key role in supporting the origination and structuring of mid-market property finance transactions (typically $5m-$30m). Working alongside senior originators and credit specialists, you'll be involved in: Assessing new transactions and conducting financial analysis and feasibility reviews Preparing credit submissions and assisting with due diligence Liaising with brokers, borrowers, valuers, and legal advisers Supporting the end-to-end loan process from assessment through to settlement Contributing to relationship management and portfolio performance This role offers genuine exposure to institutional-quality transactions in an agile, non-bureaucratic environment - ideal for someone who thrives on learning, teamwork, and growth. About You We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented finance professional who enjoys being across both credit and client-facing work.
