Our client is an industry leader in manufacturing tailored metal products to predominately mining and construction industries. The Finance Manager form’s part of our client’s leadership team, responsible for the overall financial health of the organisation. This role encompasses all day-to-day financial operations, financial planning, analysis and strategic support to drive growth. Our client is open to candidates seeking either a fulltime or part-time position (3-4 days per week). Key Responsibilities: The successful candidates must possess the following skills and experience: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records, reporting and systems. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO/Owner and department heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Cash flow optimisation. Financial Management & Reporting Budgeting and Planning Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Min of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting and 2 years in a management or supervisory role. Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
