Reporting to the Senior HR Coordinator, this is a fast-paced and hands-on HR Coordinator role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for providing efficient and professional HR support, ensuring all employee documentation, processes, and records are managed accurately and in line with business requirements. You’ll play an essential part in delivering a smooth employee experience — from offer generation and onboarding to compliance and exit coordination. This is a full-time position based in North Rocks, NSW. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters of offer, and HR documentation within agreed SLAs (24-hour turnaround). Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes for new and existing employees. Maintain employee data accuracy and HR records across systems. Manage a centralised HR inbox, ensuring timely responses to queries across various divisions. Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth, compliant HR operations. Facilitate HR processes such as probation reviews, exit interviews, and compliance training. Support HR reporting, process improvements, and administrative initiatives. About You: You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment. You enjoy being part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll bring: 1–3 years’ experience in HR administration or coordination (graduates with practical experience encouraged to apply). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
