The Role Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee high-end commercial fit out projects valued up to $5M. You'll play a key role in driving delivery standards, coordinating trades, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple fit out projects Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project schedules Ensure quality control and compliance with WHS requirements Liaise closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Clients Manage site documentation, progress reports, and safety audits Foster a positive site culture, maintaining high standards of workmanship About You 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in commercial fit out or refurb Proven ability to deliver premium office, hospitality, or retail projects Strong knowledge of trades, sequencing, and construction methodology Excellent communication and leadership skills Eye for detail and passion for design-led construction Trade qualification in Carpentry or Building (Certificate IV or similar) What's on Offer Opportunity to work with a design-led, boutique builder Manage premium commercial fit outs with high-end finishes Collaborative, hands-on leadership team with strong client base Long-term role with progression opportunities into Site Manager Competitive salary package and a supportive culture How to Apply Click Apply or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com For a confidential discussion, contact Emma Browne on 0434 440 883.
