Role Overview This senior leadership role will drive how the business manages compliance obligations and regulatory change across a large, complex enterprise. Reporting to senior executives, you’ll lead strategic initiatives and uplift governance frameworks. Key responsibilities: Manage and enhance the enterprise-wide obligations management framework Maintain the central obligations register and embed ownership across business units Lead horizon scanning and impact assessments of regulatory and industry changes Oversee regulatory programs and provide insights to senior committees Contribute to strategic responses to ASIC and APRA consultations Provide thought leadership on ESG, AI governance, conduct risk, and data ethics Skills & Experience Degree in Law, Business, Commerce or related field (postgrad in Investments, Advice or Super highly regarded) Proven experience in risk & compliance within superannuation, wealth or financial services Strong knowledge of SIS, Corporations Act, APRA prudential standards Ability to influence and embed compliance culture across large organisations Excellent analytical and communication skills Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement What’s on Offer High-impact role with visibility across senior leadership Opportunity to shape regulatory strategy and governance Competitive salary package bonus super Flexible working arrangements Career development in a growing compliance function Click ‘APPLY’ or contact Eoin Reynolds at eoin.reynolds@profusiongroup.com .
