Join HCA’s Workforce Solutions team and play a key role in delivering workforce coverage to aged care facilities across Australia. About the role In this dynamic, fast-moving role, you will: Rapidly fill aged care shifts across a large national client base Build strong relationships with PCWs, ENs, RNs and aged care facilities Convert newly registered candidates into active shift workers Maintain accurate workforce data, compliance, and availability Proactively reverse-market available candidates to maximise placements Let’s talk about you! You thrive in busy environments, love talking to people, and can juggle competing priorities while delivering excellent service. You’ll bring strong customer service skills, exceptional communication, and the drive to help our aged care clients deliver safe, quality care. You’ll be successful in this role if you have: Experience in recruitment, allocations, customer service, or call-centre environments Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates Great communication and problem-solving abilities The ability to work fast, stay organised, and manage competing priorities Confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Understanding of the aged care, healthcare, or nursing sectors (desirable) Why Join HCA?
