About the role – Maximum Term Full Time Located in Salisbury As the Manager, NDIS Service Delivery, you’ll lead a passionate team supporting people with disability to achieve their goals. You’ll ensure high-quality, person-centred services aligned with NDIS plans and Baptist Care SA’s Practice Framework, driving excellence, collaboration, and positive outcomes every day. About you: You’re a people-focused leader who’s passionate about making a difference for people with disability. With a solid understanding of the NDIS, you know how to balance quality service delivery with operational smarts. You build strong teams, nurture partnerships, and lead with empathy, ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and empowered You will also have the following skills and experience: University Qualifications in Disability, Management or Community Services Previous operational and people leadership experience Significant previous experience working within the NDIS framework Why work wi th us?
