Position: Aged Care Support Manager Location: South Australia – Across 7 Calvary Facilities Organisation: Calvary About the Role Calvary is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aged Care Support Manager to join our South Australian team. This pivotal role works in close partnership with the General Manager to provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership across our seven residential aged care homes. You will provide short-term relief and support for Home Managers and Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC), ensuring continuity of care and service excellence. As a key leader, you’ll help drive Calvary’s strategic vision for aged care in South Australia, supporting high-quality resident outcomes and fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational and clinical support across multiple sites. Relieve and support Home Managers and CCCs during periods of leave or vacancy. Lead and mentor staff to deliver person-centred, values-based care. Support administration, employee engagement, financial performance, and strategic objectives. Promote Calvary’s model of care including dementia and palliative care approaches. Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives. About You: Proven experience in a similar leadership role within aged care or health services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build effective networks across teams and the wider organisation. Strong commitment to service excellence and resident-focused care. Experience in implementing clinical governance frameworks. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
