About the Role:  As the Systems Coordinator â Events , you will play a key behind-the-scenes role in managing the set-up and configuration of CPA Australiaâs events and learning activities â including webinars, workshops and other professional development offerings â within our Event Management System (EMS), Microsoft Dynamics CRM and mobile apps.  This is not an event planning or IT development role. Itâs a systems-focused position that ensures events are built, configured and maintained accurately within our digital platforms, enabling a seamless experience for members and staff.  The key focus of this role is to maintain a strong understanding of the processes and procedures involved in delivering CPA Australiaâs events through the Event Management System. This includes identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, analysing and resolving issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders, liaising with event owners and staff across CPA Australia, testing system enhancements, and documenting all relevant processes and procedures.  Your key responsibilities include:  Accurately manage product configuration and maintenance across multiple systems to enable the purchase and delivery of events and workshops Troubleshoot and resolve issues with event set-up, contributing to the ongoing improvement of processes Conduct quality assurance of products and data, and identify opportunities for system improvements Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or updated functionality Develop and maintain clear, concise process and procedure documentation in line with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements Support the development and implementation of system enhancements and related projects Provide advice and guidance on product functionality and system use to other business units as required Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including event owners across CPA Australia, Member Experience, Member Administration, Technology and Digital Solutions teams, external suppliers and customers  This opportunity is a fixed term contract to March 2027   About You:  You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy and enjoy solving problems through systems and process improvements.
