With a workforce of over 15,000 employees nationwide and an existing SAP ECC system this is a great role for an experienced basis consultant to lead support activites Key Responsibilities System Administration Design and implement optimal SAP configurations for maximum performance and availability. Monitor SAP systems (work processes, logs, dumps, locks, disk space) and troubleshoot issues. Execute SAP tuning strategies and manage database instances for performance and data volume. Maintain documentation and liaise with internal/external stakeholders on system status. Implement SAP applications and databases for project requirements. Participate in planning and execution of SAP upgrades and ensure software currency. Collaborate in project and service management meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Experience 5–7 years in SAP Basis administration with strong experience in SAP HANA. Skills Extensive experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM/APO, SAP SLT. Database administration (MSSQL and SAP HANA). Preferred: SAP BTP and cloud hyperscaler experience. Strong documentation skills and proactive problem-solving. Excellent communication and teamwork.
