What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across multiple commercial office sites Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor and manage maintenance requests, compliance tasks, and safety protocols Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects Assist with reporting, budgeting, and procurement activities What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management (commercial preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to issues Familiarity with WHS regulations and building compliance Tech-savvy with experience using FM systems (e.g., CMMS) Contract Details: 6-month contract with potential for extension Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Competitive hourly rate up to $55/hr Contact Olivia Vince - 0406 560 343
