Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to take the lead in managing Colliers’ corporate office spaces across Australia. This is a key role that blends strategy, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our national footprint supports the business now and into the future. You’ll be responsible for making sure our office portfolio is aligned with business goals, cost-effective, and delivers a great experience for our people. Conduct portfolio analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making. Oversee financials including rent, outgoings, and capital expenditure. Commercial review of utilisation across all sites, including deployment of subleasing strategies for excess capacity. Present scenarios, recommendations and business cases to decision makers for review and sign off. Collaborate with internal teams to align property decisions with business and cultural goals. Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, and advisors. Ensure compliance with lease obligations, governance, and WHS standards. Lead strategic projects including workplace transformation and sustainability initiatives. Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategy.
