Requirements What you will bring Tertiary degree with a numerical and/or business component. Experience in understanding customer needs and creating pricing strategies accordingly. Strong MS Excel skills. Intermediate SQL skills (or intermediate Python/R skills). High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects. The ability to work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail. Strong problem solver with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. High level of numeracy. Strong analytical skills. Ability to communicate ideas effectively. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Self-motivated with strong personal drive. Some tasks include, but are not limited to: Drive the overall bespoke customer pricing strategy, ensuring compliance with Flutter agreements. Analyse, trial, and recommend bespoke customer pricing initiatives that align with Betfair’s pricing strategy and deliver maximum revenue. Maintain and monitor the register of bespoke customer pricing initiatives. Manage the day-to-day handling of customer pricing, including ad hoc pricing queries from High Value Account Managers. Lead tracking and reporting of pricing deals and bespoke initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Drive Betfair’s market maker strategy to improve liquidity and exchange outcomes. Work closely with Commercial, High Value, and Customer Service teams to implement initiatives that strengthen retention and loyalty. Engage the Safer Gambling team in the bespoke pricing process to ensure all initiatives are compliant and responsible. Provide input to product fee models, racing and sports partner submissions, and commercial planning with Finance. Interested?
