THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Novated Leasing experience to truly make the role their own! You’ll take full ownership of the SME Novated portfolio—building strong relationships with employers, supporting their employees, and driving growth across new and existing leases. A key part of the role will include hosting engaging webinar presentations to educate employees on the benefits of Novated Leasing and drive new lease uptake. Your focus will be on customer retention, fleet penetration, and delivering a standout customer experience, all while contributing to profitable growth and expanding our leased fleet. Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Conduct engaging virtual webinars and group training sessions with employees to educate on Novated Leasing and drive new sales opportunities Achieve sales targets by retaining Novated SME customers and identifying growth and cross-sell opportunities within the existing base Build and manager own a sales pipeline of opportunities including employee leads, and end of lease expiries to deliver new business writings and achieve sales targets Ensure all systems are updated with customer details, authorised contacts and employee opportunity sizing ABOUT YOU: You’re a proactive, results-driven Novated Leasing professional with confident and engaging presentation skills. You thrive on building relationships, growing portfolios, and exceeding sales targets through consultative selling. Novated Industry experience is a MUST for this role 2 years experience in a B2B account management or inside sales orientated role Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and sell on value not price Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing others effectively THE PERKS: Hybrid and flexible work arrangements Up to 7 additional days of annual leave per year. 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers.
