Join a respected name in the industry – We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our growing Service & Maintenance Team. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and can work independently across a diverse range of venues. Please note: this role focuses solely on commercial refrigeration – not residential or HVAC systems. What You’ll Be Doing Service, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems – including cool rooms, freezer rooms, beer reticulation, glycol systems, and display fridges. Diagnose faults, carry out leak testing, replace components, and ensure systems are running safely and efficiently. Complete service documentation accurately and on time. Participate in the after-hours roster on rotation. Travel across Sydney, the Central Coast, and Wollongong, with overtime available and occasional early starts or late finishes. Liaise with venue managers, hospitality staff, and our office team to provide updates and professional recommendations. What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent trade qualification). Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence. Proven experience working in commercial refrigeration (not HVAC). Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Current Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain). Bonus Points For Experience in hospitality or commercial settings (pubs, clubs, breweries, aged care, restaurants).
