Job Description What you do Your role will perform a range of engineering and analytics tasks as part of a cross-functional data and insights team. Day to day, you will: Analyse data, looking for patterns and correlations, mapping out customer journeys and deriving new insights Partner closely with one of our business domains, becoming a Subject Matter Expert in their data and training them in how to use it Create new data models, transformations, and visualisations, with a focus on driving self-service and data literacy for our business users Work within a wider engineering and insights team, adopting and contributing to best practices for data modelling, transformation, and analysis Coordinate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve any production issues which arise, turning resolutions into repeatable patterns which can be used to drive continuous improvement to our systems and processes
