We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple Executives within our Centre Support Office (CSO). Working alongside our Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. The role: Provide professional and confidential executive support to several senior leaders, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation. Assist in the preparation of confidential correspondence, reports, presentation and internal communications with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, action item tracking and minutes. Assist with the coordination of functions and events. Support wider office operations in collaboration with the Executive Assistant & Office Manager. Contribute to a positive and professional office culture. Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful: Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in an Executive Assistant role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive approach with sound judgement and discretion. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365.
