We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team at Villa Maria Fortitude Valley . Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide exceptional customer service, support day-to-day operations, and manage rosters to ensure smooth running of the home. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional administrative support to the home leadership team Assist with publishing of fortnightly rosters, ensuring all shifts are appropriately filled Assist with room occupancy coordination Create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors Provide exceptional customer service and support to our community About You A compassionate nature and genuine passion for supporting older people Proven administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced environment Certificate II or III in Business Administration (or similar qualification) Experience using Humanforce for rostering (highly regarded) Strong computer skills, including intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (testing required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Willing to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Clearance What We Offer Competitive hourly rate superannuation Not-for-profit salary packaging – pay less tax!
