Based in Firle, as our Project Officer, you will be a key contributor to the successful implementation and management of the Digital and IT projects within Helping Hand. The Project Officer works closely with project managers within the Digital Systems team to help achieve project objectives, maintain project documentation, and enhance project efficiency through effective coordination and organization. You’ll also make an impact by: Supporting the preparation of key project documentation including the drafting of reports as directed. Facilitating communication among project team members, stakeholders and external partners by relaying messages, scheduling meetings and disseminating information. Assisting in the development and management of business/project plans, and processes to support high quality service delivery. What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a project management environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as a customer and people centric approach with an ability to deal effectively with people at all levels Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or be willing to obtain one You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: Certificate 4 in Business Administration Experience within and understanding of aged care, health and community services sectors and related compliance and regulatory obligations Please click the link below to view the position description: Project Officer - Digital Why Helping Hand?
