In this key role, you will promote consistent, high-quality service delivery by guiding practice development, supporting capability growth, and embedding a culture of reflection and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the Manager to drive high-quality, contractually compliant practices across service areas, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with governance frameworks. Provide practical guidance, training, and supervision to team members, fostering a culture of ethical practice, collaboration, and ongoing development. Monitor program performance, support evidence-informed approaches, and contribute to the development of systems and procedures that improve client outcomes and service responsiveness. Actively participate in and contribute to the Clinical Care Committee and stay up to date with sector trends to inform practice improvements and support broader organisational goals. Deliver and maintain high standards of documentation, data analysis, and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders driving transparency and service effectiveness. About You Previous Experience in community services, ideally within housing or homelessness, justice, or youth services. The ability to guide, motivate and develop others using a values-based coaching and advisory approach driven by high standards. Strong engagement skills and the ability to interact effectively and sensitively with employees and teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services and supports. Experience building relationships and collaborating successfully with a variety of key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes with clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce documentation of a high-quality including emails, case notes, and reports. Tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to key areas of practice such as Psychology, Social Work, Justice, Counselling, Youth or Community Services, or Education/Training (desirable). For this role, you will need to: Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check Have possession of a current valid Driver’s License, willingness to drive, and your own registered vehicle with a 4–5-star ANCAP safety rating.
