Seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts all rounder to support our growing recruitment and labour hire business. Managing systems, payroll, and administration to keep things running efficiently across Xero, Astute Payroll and our CRM( J obAdder) This role suits someone organised, detail-focused, and confident juggling multiple priorities and task. Option for 4 day work week or Flexible work hours (great for school drop off/pick pick up) Key Responsibilities Process payroll and timesheets through Astute Payroll Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting in Xero Maintain and update JobAdder CRM , ensuring compliance and accuracy Support consultants with onboarding, timesheet, and worker documentation Liaise with clients, contractors, and directors to meet payroll and operational deadlines Assist with compliance audits, insurance renewals, and system reporting About You Previous administration or payroll experience , ideally within recruitment or labour hire Confident using JobAdder, Xero, and Astute Payroll Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and multitasking skills Proactive and able to work independently Why Join WYN&CO At WYN&CO , we're a dynamic recruitment and labour hire company built on partnership, integrity, and delivery.
