About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance operations of a national professional services firm, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the leadership team. This is a hands-on, end-to-end finance role ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic sides of finance, from managing budgets and reporting to contributing to key business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with analysis and insights Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash flow management Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debtor management Ensure compliance with BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and Superannuation obligations Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and process improvement About You You’re a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business. You’ll have: Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance management or senior accounting role Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Knowledge of operational finance processes and compliance requirements Strong systems and reporting skills (experience with Power BI an advantage) Why Join?
