About the Role A leading commercial law firm is seeking a Human Resources Adviser to play a key role in shaping the firm’s people experience. You will support a high-performing, collaborative team that partners closely with legal leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Key duties will include: Lead and enhance the National Early Careers Program in collaboration with HR teams in Brisbane and Sydney Manage the Early Careers learning framework in line with the College of Law PLT schedule Coordinate graduate rotations, check-ins, and performance feedback.
