The Senior Technical Training Manager for Footwear Manufacturing plays a key role in elevating technical skills across global teams by designing and delivering cutting-edge training programs in footwear and apparel manufacturing. Technical Training & Program Development Design, develop, and deliver global training programs focused on end-to-end footwear manufacturing processes—from pattern making and material handling to assembly. Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring engagement and knowledge transfer through strong facilitation and visual presentations. Gather participant feedback and drive continuous improvement in training methods and content. Participate in networking and post-training activities to strengthen relationships and knowledge sharing. Program Coordination & Administration Manage logistics for visiting participants, including accommodation, transport, and meals. Oversee expense claims, budgeting, and financial reporting for training programs. Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with company compliance and reporting standards. Qualifications & Skills Required Strong background in footwear manufacturing or deep expertise in footwear development . Fluent in English at a near-native level . Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills. Proven ability in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project management . Willingness to travel and commute to factory locations as needed.
